This machine is a high-performance shaftless
(electronic-shaft) modular gravure press that
is suitable for rolled materials such as plastic
film and paper. It has the advantages of short
make-ready time, quick start, fast and accurate
pre-register, steady printing speed, high
registration accuracy, low residual solvent
volume, low noise, and low power consumption.
It can fulfill the basic 9-color printing
function and printing+coating function on
rolled film materials.
This machine is provided with
a separate servo motor driving the printing
cylinder to run simultaneously and execute
vertical overprint operation. It needs shorter
webbing route length and time between the
units and help to ensure good and accurate
register. Fast pre-registering method is used
for its printing cylinder drive operation
module, and acceptable register can be achieved
in acceleration/deceleration modes. With pneumatic
conic forme prop mechanism and horizontal
automatic pre-lining up mechanism, it allows
quick forme change and accurate positioning.
With 3D adjustment doctor blade, frequency-variable
horizontal play and pressurizing with double
cylinders, easy, simple and fast replacement
is possible. The impression roller is provided
with automatic fast elevating device and limit
device and impression rubber roller protection
device during shutdown. With waste discharge
device between color stations, harm to human
body caused by solvents is reduced. Its ink
circulation device is enclosed ink spraying
device.
Power Distribution Cabinet
for Control System
Its hardware in its control system has strong
Ethernet communication functions. It includes
SERCOS control ring, with optical fiber used
as information transmission line, WIN-XP-based
computing system and terminal operation platform,
fitted with SYNAX200 electronic-shaft drive
system made by BoschRexroth in Germany, special-purpose
printing cylinder drive motor for German industry
and high-precision absolute value encoder
for memorizing the positions of printing cylinder.
Control digital signals and analog signals
are acquired and processed through PPC digital
central processing unit. Field bus information
exchange is available.

Disc-type Rewind/Unwind Reel
It is an independent external disc-type rewind/unwind
mechanism with double positions that can rotate
in both directions through 360¡ã and has rotary
reversing turret, and has automatic material
change alarm, automatic drive for new web
(reel) rolls, running at the same speed as
the printing machine. It can automatically
detect the adhesive tape on the end of web,
which helps to reduce splice length. The reel
of web is installed by using safety chuck/gas-expansion
mounting clamp. With automatic material change
alarm message and able to control accurate
operation of the cutter and impression roller,
the machine can correctly execute automatic
cutting, splicing and web change.
Oven and Hot Air System
It has high-efficiency drying oven
structure and discharge steady hot air with
constant temperature. Waste heat can be recycled,
so energy is saved and secondary pollution
can be avoided. A low-noise and high-efficiency
frequency-variable fan is applied for the
printing machine and executes real-time adjustment
of air volume and pressure. Reasonable and
economic flow rate and pressure configuration,
high efficiency and energy saving.

This printing machine is provided with tension
control system, and man-machine touch interface
with English display, with static picture
installation position reserved. It has sealed
stainless steel drying oven with secondary
air return function, unique circle hole array
air-curtain hot drying and high-speed automatic
web change. High-quality materials and accurate
processing ensures the rigidity and operation
reliability of the machine.

This printing machine is designed to apply
leading 7-motor tension control system, system
tension with dynamic synchronous differential
compensation and automatic web change with
zero speed difference. Its parameter setting
and modification are conducted through man-machine
touch interface with English display. With
static picture installation position that
can be observed in front side and reverse
side, sealed stainless steel drying oven with
secondary air return function, unique hot
air drying with round-hole array air curtain,
and high-speed automatic web change, the machine
has outstanding performance. Besides, the
machine is made of high-quality material with
high precision to ensure the rigidity and
operation stability of the entire machine.
It is designed with ergonomic engineering
design principle and thus is easier and more
reliable to operate.
