series paper gravure printing and coating machine is provided
with 8-motor (or 10-motor) tension control system. It is applicable
to printing and coating on different kinds of paper (30g/m2~150g/m2),
with max. run speed of 150m/min. It is the gravure printing
and coating machine that has highest printing speed and best
drying capacity in our country at present. It is applicable
to pre-printing on wood grain paper, tipping paper and cigarette
package.
With unique guide roller design and high-precision machining,
30g/m2 thin paper also can runs through the machine flatly without
any crimping or folding. Six printing (coating) stations use
11 large-flow, high-pressure and high-temperature hot air units.
All the 11 hot air fans have frequency variable control, and
thus can save energy at low frequency and increase air pressure
and volume at high frequency or extra-high frequency. Its drying
heat source is heat transfer oil, and with super finned heat
exchanger made of copper plate, the temperature of suction air
is 2200oC or higher. By using special high-temperature coating
materials, cross-linking and solidification reaction can be
generated, and the coating layer has better strength and wear-resistance
than the anti-friction paint. Drying route of first coating
station is 8m, drying route of 2nd, 3rd and 4th standard printing
stations is 5m per station, and drying route of 5th and 6th
is 10m per station.
