series paper gravure printing and die cutting machine is provided
with 8-motor tension control system. Its traction unit for die
cutting uses A.C. servo control and is applicable to paper of
middle thickness (150g/m2~350g/m2). For its roll unwinding and
change, two paper joint forms - lap joint and butt joint are
available. Accurate and reliable paper joint is implemented
without restrictions due to speed. The inline die cutting unit
can provide creasing, perforating and die-cutting functions.
In order to be used for thick paper, the machine is designed
to have high-strength paper feed roller and is completely applicable
to high tension loads.
The max. printing speed of this machine is 120m/min, and the
max. inline die-cutting speed is 80~100m/min. This machine is
applicable for production of beverage packages (Tetra Tak package
and gable-top package), boxes (preprinting on surface layer),
cigarette packages and other gift packaging boxes.
